Day Twenty-Seven:
Tuesday the 18th of August

Early this morning Amanda and Laia shot the scene in which Laia stumbles upon Amanda who is rapidly changing her outfits. This filming continued into the late afternoon.

Today we were missing a good portion of our crew due to the semi-crippling hot and humid weather. Despite the heat, Jarrod and William carried on with the felt animation. Tim edited the Michael Jackson cooking show, and Mykel showed off his domestic skills by sewing an astronaut suit. Demetria also braved the weather and scanned a large portion of photographs.

Workforce Recovery

As contributors to the Workforce Reinvestment Act, Trummerkind artists Michael Townsend and Colin Bliss have taken on twelve employees ranging in age from fourteen to twenty. As professional artists Townsend and Bliss hope to impart their own experiences and introduce the participants to a wide variety of applicable job skills.
